How to log in to HSPComplete
At some point yesterday my VM got shut down to be moved to HSPComplete I figure. Since emails about this happened at about the same time that it got shutdown, I don't have access to my email to look for information about how to log in.
I opened a ticket a few hours after it got shut down because it did not come back. I opened at ticket and support asked for my root password to reconfigure my networking. I can not ping it but still can not access any services.
I can't connect to the old console, because that's all gone now, so I can't even log in to reboot.
Can someone please provide me with information on where to login or resolve ticket #CEH-75520-873 for me? It's been down about 24 hours now.
