No more Suse

Suse has been dropped from our line of available operating systems that can be ordered. This is not due to any problems with Suse specifically, but more with the low amount of volume of Suse accounts and the amount of time it takes to maintain.

Currently out of all VPS accounts <1% are Suse. When we make plan changes our staff must update every single plan for every distribution, by removing Suse it removes 15 plans that must be updated.
